We are excited to present Fairway Ridge, an upscale new housing development overlooking the impressive, recently expanded Lee Creek Valley Golf Course in Cardston, Alberta. Cardston is a thriving, historic town located in the Southwest corner of Alberta. It is only 30 minutes east of the Waterton Lakes National Park entrance and 15 minutes north of the Montana border. There are many recreational areas close by for hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling and more. Cardston is the location of the first Mormon Temple in Canada, built in 1923. The 18-hole course, designed by Les Furber, offers a picturesque view of the mountains, wildlife and natural scenery. There are four tee boxes for each hole to offer a challenge for all levels of golfers. This par 72 course also features white sand and multiple water hazards. The location of this new development takes advantage of all that Lee Creek Valley Golf Course has to offer. We wanted to create a community that is unique in design and amenities to the area. To that end, there will be a development fence around the perimeter giving separation from traffic while providing a real sense of community. There are two large park areas with natural and manicured landscaping connected by an extensive path system throughout the community. All along the brow of the hill, overlooking the golf course, is public space, so anyone can enjoy walking, biking or jogging while enjoying the view. From a technical standpoint, we have gone through an extensive engineering process. The grading has been studied intensely to ensure that many of the lots will have the option for a walk-out basement and that the storm water will be effectively handled. Each basement will be able to connect directly to the storm water line, as it will run under all of the streets. To keep in line with our goal of providing an exceptional place to live, we have put in place Design Controls. This will protect each of the owners, letting you have confidence that everyone will be held to the same standard of construction. We want the homes built at Fairway Ridge to have the little extra touches that make them distinctive. We will be adding some of those extra touches ourselves by erecting attractive entrance signs to the development at both Fairway Boulevard and Ridgeview Drive and providing custom light standards along the streets. We invite you to join with us in our vision and 'come home' to Fairway Ridge. Pages linked to in this description:
