Jim Schaffer was born and raised in Cardston. When he was younger, he spent 2 years in Ontario and Quebec on an LDS Mission. Since then he has married, has 6 children, and 3 grandchildren.

Jim started in business in 1972 in construction development and property management. In 1984 he became a licensed Real Estate agent. At the present time Jim is 1/2 owner with his brother John in the Cardston office.

Jim is active in his church and is a member of the local Rotary Club. He has always felt that Cardston is a family oriented community and a great place to raise a family.
